Apparently he got real fucked up. I saw it on teh FBM site. Any idea what happened or his status?

He was skatebording down a hill and fell. He fractured his skull and has some blood on his brain. Not sure how well of he is doing but I hope he gets well soon

my friend tal had internal bleeding in his brain from a fakie to the head and made a full recovery. hopefully all is well with levan.

He's in ICU in a drug induced coma. They won't be able to make a long term prognosis till swelling of his brain goes down.

He was bombin down the hill in front of my house on his skateboard. Chad wanted to film it so he did it again. Jimmy fell at the top of the hill so he decided to go further up the hill to get more speed. He got speed wobble at the bottom of the hill and wiped out.Seriously the most gruesome shit I've ever seen in my life. So much blood everywhere. The nastiest part was when we were putting his jacket in a garbage bag there was hair and flesh on it. Get well soon jim.

I saw that this summer while I was on a road trip. It is ridiculous. I heard they re-did the stairs too so when he did it, it would have actually been a bit further.

He left a pretty nasty puddle of chunky blood in front of my neighbors driveway and some more tiny puddles in my driveway.He's in one of the best hospitals in jersey so hopefully he'll be alright.

this is horrible to hear... my older brother Beeler lives with him in seattle, but he is on a trip right now overseas, but I'm pretty sure he's been informed.... I met Jimmy in the springtime, I took my springbreak trip out to Seattle to visit my brother.... hahaha it was great meeting Jimmy, A Crazy Party Guy... had his own style for sure... if you've met him before and been around him then I'm sure you know what I'm talking about...Shit Jimmy.... ive ridden in the presence of jimmy a few times and i must say the man is a beast.also one of the coolest and nicest guys.. i remember when i first started riding. i remembered him as "that guy from road fools" and i bugged him being a shitty little 16 year old kid. even then he was super nice and remembered my name. and when i saw him this past sprinng for the derby jam, the first thing he did was walk up to me and goes.." Bad news. Even my friends from Louisville who DONT ride know Jimmy and say he is a cool cat. 2007 has not been a good year in terms of rider injuries. We've had way too much news like this lately. : ( Get well soon Jimmy, and be careful out there everybody.
